This privacy statement does not apply to the web sites of our business partners or affiliates, even if their web site is linked to our web site. This privacy statement governs personal information we collect from our customers and online from our web site users, through CDP products, services, software, web site, contacts, or our relationship with you. Please refer to your warranty statements and CDP’s Return Policy for policies that apply to information contained on hard drives returned to CDP.

Our goal at CDP is to make your purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on coroneldp.com. Currency
All product prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Payment Methods
CDP accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We currently process all online payments through PayPal, a trusted name in the online industry for years. Through our PayPal interface, even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily and securely pay through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We also provide on offline order form so you can pay with a method other than a credit card.
Sales Taxes
CDP shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California.
Shipping
CDP ships all products
via computer downloads, UPS, or USPS, according to the
customer’s preference.
We process all orders by the next business day if they are received before 5 P.M. PST. Orders processed after 5 P.M. or on weekends will be processed the following business day assuming stock is available. If any item is not in stock, you will be notified about the product status within 48 hours.
In-House Software
All of our in-house software programs are backed up by our “7-day Money Back Guarantee”. If you are not satisfied with our program within seven days of receiving it, let us know why and we will refund your fee, and you can keep the software.
Unopened Non In-House Software
A full refund for all non in-house software items will be granted up to 30 days from purchase if item is unopened. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Opened Non In-House Software
Opened non in-house software products may be returned within 30 days from purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned.
